Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026. Effective: July 19, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how SoFlo Auto Deals ("SoFlo Auto Deals," "we," "me," "my," or "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit southfloridaautodeals.com (the "Site"), submit a request, call us, or communicate with us by text or email.

By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on the Site, call us, or message us, we may collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, the vehicle you are interested in, whether you want new or used, features and budget you tell us about, your trade-in details, and anything else you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.

Information from advertising platforms

If you reach the Site by clicking one of our ads, we may receive the campaign, ad set and ad that referred you, along with click identifiers passed in the page address. We use this to understand which ads work. It does not tell us who you are on social media.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your Social Security number, driver's license number, or financial account numbers through this Site. If a purchase moves forward, any credit application and its associated information is collected directly by the dealership or the lender, under their own privacy policies, not by us through this Site.

2. How we use information

3. Sharing with dealerships

This is core to how our service works, so we want it stated plainly. To find and negotiate a vehicle for you, we share the details of your request with one or more automobile dealerships. That normally includes your name, the vehicle you want, and the contact information needed to complete a transaction.

Dealerships are independent businesses. Once your information is with a dealership, that dealership handles it under its own privacy policy, not ours. A dealership may contact you directly.

We are compensated by dealerships. When we bring a dealership a buyer who completes a purchase or lease, the dealership pays us. You pay us nothing.

We share your information with a dealership only to carry out the vehicle request you asked us to handle. We are paid for producing a completed sale, not for handing over your data, and we do not treat your information as a product.

4. Other sharing

Besides dealerships, we share information in these limited situations:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, trade or license your information to anyone, including data brokers, lead resellers or marketing list companies. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. The only parties who receive your details are the ones named above, and only to do the job you asked us to do.

5. Text messaging

We will only send you marketing or recurring text messages if you gave us express written permission, for example by checking the consent box on our form. Checking that box is never required in order to use our service or to buy anything.

Your text messaging consent is treated separately from everything else, and it is never sold or transferred. We do not sell, rent, share or transfer your SMS opt-in, or the mobile number you gave us for messaging, to any third party for that third party's own marketing. This holds even though we do share your contact details with dealerships under Section 3, because that sharing exists only to work on the vehicle request you asked us to handle. No dealership or partner receives your messaging consent, and none of them may text or autodial you on the strength of consent you gave to us.

We keep a record of when and how you gave consent, including the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you were on.

6. Email

We may email you about your request. If you opted in, we may also send marketing email. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor those requests promptly. You may also email or call us to be removed. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send you messages needed to handle a request you have open with us.

7. Phone calls

If you call us or give us your number, we may call you back about your request. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. If a call is being recorded you will be notified at the start of the call, and you may ask us not to record. Automated or prerecorded marketing calls are only made to people who gave express written consent.

8. Cookies and ad tracking

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies, including advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to understand how people find and use the Site and to measure ad performance. These tools may set their own cookies and may allow us to show ads to people who visited the Site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also limit ad personalization in your Meta and Google account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common industry standard for them.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve your request, to run our business, and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. Records of your messaging consent and opt-out are kept for at least the period required by applicable law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on this Site and access controls on the systems that store your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices and rights

You may, at any time:

Because sharing your request with a dealership is the mechanism by which we locate and negotiate a vehicle, we cannot perform the service without doing it. If you would rather not have your details go to a dealership, call us and we will talk through what you are looking for without submitting anything.

To make a request, call (954) 778-3484 or email info@southfloridaautodeals.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. Florida residents

We are a Florida business serving Florida consumers, and we follow Florida law in how we contact you. In particular, we obtain prior express written consent before sending marketing text messages or making automated marketing calls, we honor opt-out requests, and we keep records of consent. We honor the access, correction and deletion requests described in Section 11 for all Florida residents who ask, regardless of whether a particular statute applies to a business of our size.

Florida also maintains a "Do Not Call" list. We do not make telephone solicitations to numbers on applicable do-not-call registries except where an existing relationship or your express consent permits it.

13. Children

The Site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the change is significant, we will make that clear on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
